BI Manager – Birmingham, West Midlands - Business Intelligence
Data Reporting, Power BI, SQL, Dataverse, Azure, Data Management

We are seeking a talented Data Reporting Manager to lead a small team of Reporting Analysts and Data Analysts. You will play a key role in developing our data infrastructure to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Data Analysts & Reporting Analysts.
  • Design, develop, and maintain the company’s data infrastructure.
  • Drive business insights through data analysis projects.
  • Ensure efficient and effective data reporting and analysis processes.
Location: Predominantly remote, with travel to our Birmingham office once every 1-2 weeks.
Core Skills:
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a data team.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Azure, Dataverse, SQL, and T-SQL.
  • Expertise in developing enterprise-grade analytical functions and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and project delivery track record.
  • Solid leadership with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
