We are seeking a dedicated Bid Assistant to join a leading law firm, providing pivotal support throughout the bidding process within a professional services environment.

Description

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of bids and proposals
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for bids
  • Maintain and update the bid library with current and accurate information
  • Coordinate and manage bid schedules and deadlines
  • Ensure all bid documentation is completed and submitted on time
  • Support the development of bid strategies and plans
  • Help in the creation of presentation materials for bids
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the bid process

Profile

A successful Bid Assistant should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • An understanding of the bidding process within the professional services industry
  • A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work
