Bid Manager - Law Firm

Zest Recruitment and Legal Consultancy have an excellent opportunity for a Bids Manager to join a leading regional firm in their Cardiff office.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing success of the business by supporting the retention of existing clients, and the acquisition of new clients and projects across private and public sectors via formal and informal tenders and proposals.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience of managing bids ideally within a professional services environment.
• Show strong strategic and commercial awareness, coupled with industry and competitor knowledge, enabling them to develop winning strategies, viable/profitable offers and creative pricing ideas.
• Understand sales theory and best practice, and have experience of applying that to successfully defend/win clients.
