Alexander Ash are currently working with a global organisation who are looking for a Bid Manager to join their multi-disciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for any Bid Manager who is dedicated and will seek to identify improvements and efficiency's, while utilising new technologies and existing tools as the organisation takes on one of it's biggest bodies of work.

Skill Requirements

  • Manage assigned proposals from start to finish, within the firm’s proposal methodology
  • Administer the proposal development process and assume one or more proposal team roles that may include proposal facilitator and/or manager
  • Develop a comprehensive proposal outline and template, paying close attention to the solicitation requirements
  • Draft portions of the proposal content such as firm-level assurance processes or staff profiles
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience, preferably within proposals/pursuits in a B2B/Professional Services environment
  • Experience of leading proposal development in the public sector procurement lifecycle, including knowledge of regulations and procurement practices
