Salary:

£35,000.00 - £45,000.00 per annum

Location:

Mansfield, Nottinghamshire/Flexible Hybrid working

Job Type:

FTC - 6 months with the opportunity for a permanent position  

Job Duties:

• Update and maintain a library of tender response documents for all business areas and evaluate requests tenders and identify assessment criteria focus areas.
• Prepare and write compelling bids and proposals 
• Research and gather information to support bid writing process
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and insights for bids
• Ensure all bid documents are completed accurately and submitted on time
• Review and edit bid content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with requirements
• Attend bid meetings and presentations as required

Experience:

• Familiarity with UK tender processes and customer procurement portals
• Experience with bid management and tender compilation
• Experience of working with operational teams to create winning submission;
• A good understanding of the importance of Financial and Commercial issues on tendering;
• A full clean UK driving licence

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification in bid writing or related field
• Experience in public sector bidding processes
