Recruit4Staff are proud to represent their client, an internationally renowned construction & civil engineering company in their search for a Bid Writer to work out of their London or Swindon Offices 

For the successful Bid Writer our client is offering:

  • Competitive Day Rate

The Role -Bid Writer:

  • Provide bid writing services 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s needs and tailor responses to address those needs effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights for bid submissions.
  • Ensure all bids and proposals comply with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of all bid documents before submission.

What our client is looking for in a Bid Writer:

  • Proven experience in bid writing, proposal development, or a similar role - ESSENTIAL
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex client requirements and technical information.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with bid management software is a plus.
