Introduction to the Company
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a customer-focused company who support their clients on their goals. They are seeking a Bid Writer to coordinate the end-to-end bid process and ensuring documentation and responses are in line with company procedures.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be part of the Sales and Marketing team, driving sales growth for the business.

Description of the role:
- Developing, observing, and improving the bid process.
- Understanding bid requirements and identifying customer requirements.
- Managing bid deliverables.
- Collaborating with bid team members including account management, insurance brokers, and finance representatives.
- Review documents to identify risks.
- Organising key review and final document review meetings and sign off.
About you:
- Extensive experience of proposal management, bid writing or bid coordination.
- IT literate - MS Office.
- Knowledge and understanding of supply chain procedures.
