Hours of work: Monday to Friday, core working hours
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

The key responsibilities of the Bid Writer/Administrator are as follows:
- Planning and coordinating the tender process.
- Implement Bid room preparation and delivery.
- Liaise via telephone and email with internal stakeholders, customers and other departments.
- Supporting the Bid Manager with a multitude of duties to secure new and retain current customers.
- Submit Invitation to Tenders, Requests for Proposals and Qualification Questionnaires.
- Manage procurement portals, communication, membership and notifications.
- Continuously review feedback to ensure improved submissions when welcoming new customers.
- Maintain accurate records including contract renewal dates, and relevant competitor information.
- Assist Management with the on-boarding of new customers.
- Be able to provide useful insight and analysis of upcoming opportunities, mindsets and tendering best practice.
- Confident in managing multiple responses.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills with keen attention to detail.
- Understand graphic design and presentation.
- Able to write copy.
- Highly computer literate – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Ability to develop excellent working relationships with individuals in different areas of the business.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Team player.
