We are known for our flexibility in working with schools to address their needs.

School Improvement Liverpool (SIL)is a wholly owned company of Liverpool City Council. We aim to support our educational settings to enable every child and young person to develop, learn and achieve.

We support this through our knowledge, responsive services, training, and products. SIL employs over 200 staff operating across numerous disciplines such HR, Finance, Governance, Attendance, Health and Wellbeing, SEND, Leadership and Management and Teaching and Learning.

Thank you for your interest in this post. We are looking to appoint an experienced bid writer to work across our two organisations.
