Juice Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a global insurance firm based in the heart of Bristol, with the appointment of a fluent German speaking Customer Service & Claims Representative to join their expanding team.

The role is to provide a first class customer experience on each and every call, ensuring every client is treated fairly and has the very best experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls - responding to customer queries promptly and efficiently
• Verify all details provided and update the in-house systems
• Review customer details and ensure queries are answered
• Investigate all claims - obtain accurate information and gather all necessary paperwork
• Liaise with insurers
• Arrange all necessary repairs / arrange replacement with approved suppliers
• Ensure all work is completed inline with FCA guidelines
• Complete all necessary translations

The successful candidate will be a naturally confident communicator, with a passion for delivering exceptional standards of work. You will be a collaborate team player, who strives to achieve a common goals.

Previous experience of working in a commercial, office based environment is required. You must be fluent in German for consideration for the role.
