Location: Heywood

Our client is a leading global freight forwarding company. They are rapidly expanding with offices in the UK, China, USA and Netherlands.

The Company head office is based at a location just outside of Heywood

Our client is currently looking for a PART-TIME Billing Administrator to join their team on a FIXED TERM 12 month contract for 15 hours a week on a Wednesday and Thursday.

What you will be doing as the Billing Administrator:

  • Day-to-day front-end support including resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests
  • Process billing (including receive invoices, placing into the system, reconciling, posing)
  • Process any manual billings for carrier accounts
  • Communicate daily with key departments
  • Undertake general day to day office administrative processes
  • Liaise with suppliers or customers on a wide range of issues
  • Engage in informal education/training from other team members to gain additional skills
  • The role will allow the opportunity to get involved with a wide range of Ad hoc projects

What you need to bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Detail driven and adherence to deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated and tenacious
  • Experience with basic Microsoft Excel
