Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the key account manager for multi million pound clients for the business and the first point of contact
  • Regular contact with stakeholders, partners and solicitors within the firm on the accounts
  • Ensuring timely and accurate invoice submission based on the clients agreed time scales
  • Creating and approving invoices with a high level of accuracy
  • Providing regular AR reporting to clients
  • Dealing with complex invoice queries and reporting back to client on these
  • Processing credit card payments
  • Auditing client invoices for accuracy and any discrepancies and producing billing reports for the client
  • Monday to Friday - 9 - 5 (can offer other hours if needed)

Profile

Successful candidate:

  • Ability to work alone and manage own workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Work to a timed deadline
  • Worked in a similar background before

Job Offer

Salary up to £30,000 per annum + Free on site parking + Pension + Work from home 3 days a week + Flexible Hours.
