BIM Coordinator - Stage 5 MEP Subcontractor

6 Month Contract

£32-35ph - OUTSIDE IR35

Great opportunity here for an experienced BIM Coordinator from a MEP background to come aboard for an initial 6 month hybrid contract, with two days per week on site in Central London.

The project is a large new build commercial project, which also includes the refurbishment and amalgamation with a substantial listed building to create a large high spec hotel. The project is on site as we speak, and MEP works are due to start in mid May, hence the need for a couple of experienced BIM Coordinators from a Revit MEP background to join the project now.

The main requirement for this role, over and above the obvious technical experience with Revit MEP and Navisworks is to have contractors who have good experience on live Stage 5 projects and who are able to identify issues before they arise, both with the stage 4 model and the site itself. We're not looking for Engineers, but the type of people who can anticipate problems because of their experience on site.
