We are seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join our client based out of Chichester.

The appointed candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of BIM processes, enhancing project delivery through effective digital construction methodologies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage BIM processes and workflows for building services projects.
  • Create and maintain detailed BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards and client requirements.
  • Facilitate clash detection and resolution through regular model reviews.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide support and training to project teams on BIM software and best practices.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Working knowledge of BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks).
  • Strong understanding of building services engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a consultancy environment.
  • Good working knowledge of current building regulations and practices.
  • Qualified in BIM, Architecture, Engineering to Degree level or equivalent experience.
  • A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel if required for project work.

Summary

Position: BIM Coordinator

Location: Chichester

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Hours: Full-Time Monday - Friday

Start: Notice Dependant
