Location: Billericay, Essex

Post: Full time, Temporary to Permanent Position

Hours: 08:00am - 17:00pm

Pay: £11.44 During probationary period.

We are working with a local family run GLAA and Manufacturing client to help recruit a Blending Team leader. You will be welcomed into a friendly team where you will be bale to expand on your past attributes and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a small team to prepare, pack and organise their products.
• Work in line with COSH and Food safety regulations.
• Instruct your team on specifications as per the companies procedures.
• Ensure Health & Safety of all staff in your team.
• Ensure all works carried out by you or your team members maintain to the high standards of quality.
• Ensure your team works efficiently within time-lines , it is your responsibility to do whatever you can to keep the production running.
• Report any issues within your team to ensure a smooth operation at all times.

Key person specification:

• You will have worked within an production operative/ machine operative environment.
• You will have worked within a food or GLAA environment.
• You will have had experience working with others and within a team.
• You will always have a go-getter attitude, always looking to strive for improvement.
• Working with Food & Safety procedures will be advantageous.
• Having the correct knowledge of COSH standards.
• Confident in your ability to manage a team and report to others.
