Property Manager - Herts (Hybrid) - c£45k

We’re working with an award winning, long established, reputable independent Managing Agent in Hertfordshire who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:

  • Working part home, part office based (Watford)
  • Vibrant, friendly team with excellent atmosphere and support
  • Overseeing a well-run, compact portfolio of RMC blocks situated across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex and North London
  • Undertaking the full range of property management duties with excellent in-house support (admin, accounts etc.)
  • Providing a Resident led, high quality customer focused service to long held estates/clients, ensuring developments are visited regularly and queries dealt with promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills a must, as is accountability and the ability to multi-task under pressure
  • Stable career history preferred, professional qualifications beneficial but not essential (can be supported in post as part of your career development once settled)
  • Genuine career path and progression

The successful Property Manager can expect a starting basic salary up to £45k alongside 24 days holiday (plus public), time off in lieu (for any work outside core hours), wellbeing allowance and pension.
