Job Title: Block Manager

Location: North West London (Edgware) HA8 7SX

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

A young and successful Property Management company in Edgware is now hiring for the position of Block Manager. Join our expanding and dynamic team and take on the challenge of overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential blocks, each varying in size and complexity. IRPM qualifications are desirable but not essential, as we are willing to support the right candidate in achieving this certification.

Essential Qualities:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Impeccable written and spoken English
  • Commitment to providing exceptional levels of service to clients
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Responsibilities:

  • Addressing client's day-to-day issues in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Conducting site inspections and monitoring contractor works
  • Assisting in preparing and issuing service charge budgets
  • Coordinating with internal accounts department
  • Supporting with Section 20 works
  • Attendance at residents' meetings and AGMs
  • Proficiency in Health & Safety practices
