Block Property Manager - Hove

Job Title: Block Property manager

Location; Brighton & Hove

Salary: Basic Circa £30-35K DOE with an OTE of up to £40K

Person specification:

We are looking for a Block Manager to join our clients growing team based in Brighton & Hove. The company manages a large portfolio of developments in the Sussex area.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an individual to joing as the company are in a period of expansion. You will look to manage a medium sized portfolio while being supported to gain all market leading qualifications.

They are looking for someone who wants to grow long term with the business, while having a clear career path set out. You will be working within a team of like-minded and driven individuals, who will support each other daily. Ideally you will have block management experioence but our clients will also consider somone with Residential Property Management experience looking to cross over to Block Management as a career.

The job role:

Daily Duties will include:

• Regular site inspections within the Brighton & Hove area

• Chairing AGM’s

• Setting complex service charge budgets

• Ensuring the portfolio is compliant with Health & Safety regulations.

• Build strong relationships with leaseholders, contractors, and clients.

• Oversee major works projects.
