BMS Commissioning Manager/Engineer

An excellent BMS Commissioning Manager has been created for an international client. Our client is a large and instantly recognisable business and they have a short term project in Hamburg, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • A solid understanding of overall Construction / Building Services within the area of BMS
  • Understanding of current legislation - H&S regulations
  • Working with other trades to ensure smooth project completion.
  • Qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (HNC/ONC, equivalent or higher)
  • Knowledge of the commissioning of building management systems
  • A good understanding of HVAC applications of controls
  • Fluent with building management systems enabling the writing and commissioning of controller/network software. Adaptable approach to work

.As the short term role is based in Germany, full accommodation will be provified by then client along with flights etc. on top of your normal day rate. This project will last around 4-5 months

Day rate depending on experience.

Longer duration is possible if you have an EU passport as there are no restrictions to work in Germany.
