BMS Project Manager (Open to those with BMS Project Engineering experience wanting to be trained up! OR experienced BMS PMs)
Bristol (we can be flexible on location) 
£60k (can be negotiable depending on experience PLUS OTE £80k!! 
PLUS attractive car allowance or company car
 
I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established client who is recruiting for a BMS Project Manager to join their team in Bristol (can also look at anyone based in the South West or Wales)

My client specialize within building management solutions and does everything from design, installation and service and maintenance within building management system solutions..

The role of a Project Manager:   
  • To ideally have experience with Trend / Siemens / Tridium products
  • To be confident with managing team and sub-contractors
  • To be able to negotiate
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met
  • To manage project spend
  • To ensure all standards and regulations are worked to and met in line with the projects agreement
  • To ensure health and safety is carried out and worked to at all times
  • Work closely with internal teams such as designers, project managers, installation and service teams
