My client is a leading provider in the Building Management Systems (BMS) sector, with a diverse customer base and a rapidly expanding portfolio. They are offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work on prestigious engineering projects across London and the South East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client and Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to clearly define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Project Management:
- Oversee daily project activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project execution.
- System Oversight:
- Supervise the design, installation, and commissioning of BMS systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven track record as a Project Manager in the BMS or HVAC industry.
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of BMS technologies and experience with design, installation, and commissioning processes.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
