A rare opportunity has become available with our client, a successful dealer group in Bahrain who are seeking an Bodyshop Manager with a proven track record of leading and developing the accident repair centre.

Reporting to the General Manager and the Board of Directors you will drive operational efficiency, implementation of polices and setting KPI's. Additionally your focus will be in developing the skills the team with ongoing training.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 yeas experience as a Bodyshop Manager in the Middle East within the franchised dealer network. You must demonstrate your knowledge and expertise in continuous development in operational efficiencies, new technologies, supplier and manufacturer relations and profitability.

The Package
