Do you have experience working as a BOM Engineer?

If so, this position could be perfect for you! Our client is a leading business within the Modular development and construction industry. They are currently on the market for a BOM Engineer to join their ever growing team on a full time basis. This is an amazing opportunity to join a reputable and growing organisation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience creating and maintaining Bill Of Materials.

Job Description

  • Creating and Maintaining Bill Of Materials and tracking of engineering releases
  • Regular review of Engineering Bills Of Materials for Projects, identifying any errors which require correction
  • Support releasing of BOMs in system for prototype/production (Excel or ERP)
  • Timely throughput, accuracy and completeness of Engineering change notice (ECN)
  • Control of plant specific Engineering data (such as drawings) and control of data releases


BOM Engineer

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of Engineering change and how to implement control
  • Effective BOM management in an engineering/manufacturing context
  • Excellent IT knowledge, ideally on Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of ERP system entry
