Our client is looking for a dedicated Bookings Coordinator to play a crucial role in the execution of their upgrade programme. The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact for residents, ensuring that appointments are coordinated effectively and concerns are addressed promptly to guarantee a smooth upgrade experience.Day-to-day of the role:
  • Serve as the primary contact for residents, providing clear and timely updates on the progress of their kitchen and bathroom upgrades.
  • Address and resolve any concerns or issues that arise, ensuring resident satisfaction.
  • Organise and conduct resident meetings and consultations to discuss project timelines, procedures, and expectations.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for site inspections, installations, and follow-up visits with minimal disruption.
  • Maintain an up-to-date project calendar, tracking all activities and appointments.
  • Record and maintain accurate records of all resident interactions and project progress.
  • Collaborate with the project management team, contractors, and suppliers for efficient project execution.
  • Prepare and distribute project-related documents, notices, and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within construction or social housing.
  • Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating appointments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
