We are recruiting for a highly established Harrogate business, assisting them in their search for a Bookkeeper & PA on a permanent, full time basis. This is a great opportunity to join an employer with big growth plans, and whilst already having a fantastic establishment in the UK industry, they are looking to go global in the coming years. You will become a key part of the team and be joining an employer that treats their employees like family. They have accrued fantastic levels of longevity and length of service throughout their workforce to date, and this is down to the positive culture and close knit team they have built.
 
Bookkeeper & PA Duties:
  • Manage financial transactions and processes across the business on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Payroll administration and processing.
  • General ledger maintenance and management.
  • Completing VAT processes.
  • Managing financial and invoice information across both Sage and Xero.
  • Support with general administration tasks across the business.
  • Work closely with the Director on key business admin tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings with diaries and schedules.
  • Liaise with both clients and suppliers on financial and general queries.
Requirements:
  • Ideally have experience with either Sage or Xero (preferably both).
  • Excellent communication skills and high levels of attention to detail.
  • Experience of financial administration.
As Bookkeeper & PA you will receive a salary of between £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, working full time hours. If you feel as though you have the experience, we are looking for then get in touch with us today!
