Responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer inquiries via email and telephone
• Swiftly responding to inquiries and coordinating services
• Conducting basic bookkeeping and managing invoice payments
• Payroll, VAT, and statutory accounts as required
• Managing employee expenses
• Completing necessary customer paperwork and initiating certificate requests
