A newly created Single Family Office in London with varied interests is looking for a Bookkeeper/Accountant to support the Finance team. The role will be extremely varied and dynamic and involve working with high level budgets/expenditure and cost controls (internationally). This will be an extremely busy and fast-paced Family Office. The successful candidate will ideally have previous Family Office experience and thus understand the need to be flexible (in range of duties), autonomous, and hard working.

Responsibilities likely to include:
• Analysing and monitoring costs and expenditure across all projects and entities.
• Reconciliation and journal entries.
• Support the Senior Finance team with Financial, cash flow, and balance sheets.
• Helping team with producing and presenting on management accounts.
• Support the team with ad hoc administration and financial tasks.


The successful candidate will be a crucial part of a small and focussed team. The following are considered to be essential:
• Strong accounting and bookkeeping experience

The role will involve working in a luxurious high spec west London based office 5 days a week.
