Bookkeeper

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in managing financial records, enjoys working with numbers, and is committed to accuracy in bookkeeping practices.
Day-to-day of the role:- Maintain financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Work closely with the accounting team to create and analyze financial reports.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
- Proven bookkeeping experience.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is a plus.
