BPO Service delivery Manager - Procurement / Outsourcing project - Investment Bank
Contract role - Multi year programme - This role is open to applicants who run service delivery elements on Off shoring programmes within financial services programmes
**Industry experience of working with BPO vendors and ability to demonstrate previous off shoring experience in the banking industry is essential**
Procurement & Third-Party Management team are responsible for Supplier Strategy, Contract Management, Service Monitoring, Invoice Management and Third-Party Risk Management. This includes large scale outsourcing and there is an opportunity to support with the initial phases of a multi-year offshore program.
- Support transition of services into an operational state working with internal stakeholders and vendor.
- Supporting the vendor to meet obligations on connectivity, transition, and implementation.
- Support drafting SoW's and supporting functional leads in transposing their requirements to contractual terms.
- Coordinating with business leads to track and maintain progress on saving initiatives.
- Produce and embed outputs to ensure commercial and contractual negotiations remain on track.
- Work closely with the America's Division to align offshoring requirements.
- Ensure savings, pipeline, milestones, risks, issues & compliance are accurate and report to line management and appropriate governance forums.
- Work with the Supplier to implement a set of governance and management meetings and a set of management reports
