Job Title: Branch Manager

Salary: £42,000 to £50,000 per annum + Car, bonus

We are looking for a Branch Manager within the Builders Merchants / Building Supplies world! Our client is a well-respected distributor of construction supplies / building products supplying building materials into the construction sector.

With experience in Branch Management, and hopefully success running a site, you will need the drive to always maximise potential. The right person needs the right blend of sales drive with strong operational skills and experience. A good all-rounder who can guide on all aspects of the business and assist where necessary. This is a well-functioning, well organised site and it just needs someone to really drive the branch forward.

• Are you are a Branch Manager (or similar position) within a Builders Merchants / Building Materials Distributor or a Manager within the construction supplies sector or a Branch Manager within an associated sector in the construction supply sector?

Do you have the following attributes?

• Branch Management skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Natural leadership and people management skills
• Working knowledge of the Construction Supplies / Building Materials / Builders Merchants
• P&L, stock and service accountability
• Strategic planning / management capability
