BRANCH MANAGER/ SENIOR LISTER - GUILDFORD - UP TO £60K BASIC DOE, UP TO £90K OTE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager/ Senior Lister to join our clients, successful, independent Estate Agency in Guildford.

Our clients can offer a basic salary up to £60k DOE with on target earnings of £90kwith ongoing training, plus incentives, including bonuses for over achieving!

The ideal candidate:

  • The position will require a professional individual with the ability to lead by example and offer a high degree of customer service and possess a proven track record in property sales.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Meticulous and methodical in approach
  • Self-motivated, energetic and able to use initiative
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A driven hungry candidate who wants to earn extra bonuses on over achievement
  • You will be a great lister
  • Will always be on top of business development
  • You will have a desire to coach and develop your colleagues and ensure they always have clear goals and an understanding of the business needs.
  • You will be target driven with the ability to win new listings together with excellent people and communication skills.
  • You will have at least 3 Years valuing experience.
  • You will need a full driving licence
