  • Lead the team to new heights, utilizing your strong leadership skills to drive exceptional performance and results.
  • Manage the branch's profit-making activities across various income streams, including residential, lettings, financial services, and conveyancing.
  • Conduct morning meetings, provide staff training, and oversee valuations to ensure the branch operates at the highest standard
£28k-£30k Basic 
 
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager, demonstrating the ability to manage a team effectively and achieve outstanding conversion rates.
  • Adept at winning new business and driving growth opportunities within the real estate and property sector.
  • Demonstrated success in financial services, with a focus on maximizing income streams and enhancing branch performance.
  • Strong understanding of residential, lettings, and conveyancing operations, with the ability to optimize these services to benefit our clients and the company.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting the career progression of our dedicated staff members.
