Are you an experinced Sales Manager looking for the next step in your career or a Branch Manager wanting a fresh new challenge?

We are working on behalf of a highly successful agency who is known for supporting it's employees career growth, offering strong rewards and earning potential. At present, they are looking for an individual to join their team within their Guildford branch as a Branch Manager.

Working hours for the Branch Manager:

  • Full time
  • Monday to Friday
  • Alternate Saturdays

Our clients are offering the successful Branch Manager:

  • £22,000 – £25,000 basic
  • £60,000 OTE
  • Company car
  • Strong rewards scheme 
  • Pension 

Branch Manager requirements:

  • Highly experienced in Sales
  • Able to motivate a team
  • Highly organized and able to manage workload
  • Driven and hungry for success
  • Full UK driver’s license

Key tasks of a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Managing the Branch Team
  • Setting KPI’s for the team
  • Undertaking team meetings
  • Help grow the business
  • Carrying out market appraisals
