Automotive Branch Manager in Epsom

Salary: £55,000 OTE: £65,000+

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am to 4:30pm (1 in 2)

Our client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join their already successful Independent Garage. You need to be a team player, able to work to deadlines and have the ability to use your own initiative..

Branch Manager Responsibilities:

  • Be Responsible for managing your centre.
  • Co-ordinating the workload taking customer bookings and assigning them to fitters
  • Deliver the company business objectives
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Stock control
  • Maintain centre and health & safety standards.
  • Encourage, lead and motivate your team to consistently deliver excellent service.

The Ideal Branch Manager

  • Applicants with previous management experience
  • Previous Automotive related experience is ideal, or experience with a strong emphasis of customer bookings and care.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Customer focussed and able to encourage the team to deliver consistent customer service
  • Experience of maximising sales and turnover, compliance with centre and management standards
  • Good time management skills
  • The willingness to constantly learn and improve your own performance
