We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team at our branch in Bromley - Kent The successful candidate will oversee all branch operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service.

UP TO 50K Salary.

7am - 5pm

Monday to Friday

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales and customer service staff
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to staff to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage branch inventory and stock levels
- Handle customer escalations and provide resolutions promptly
- Arrange incoming and outgoing delivery scheduling
- Prepare reports on branch performance for senior management

- Proven experience in a managerial role within a builder's Merchant or the Construction Industry specifically related to Builders' Merchants and/or Solid knowledge of the business in our industry with retail experience.
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
