Branch Manager

Our client, a well-established independent agent is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their busy team in Blackpool.

If you have experience motivating and managing a team as well as carrying out market appraisals and gaining new business, this is a great opportunity for you to join a company with a good structure and great earning potential.

Working hours of a Branch Manager:

• Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
• Flexibility to work a Saturday when necessary

In return, our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:

• Up to £38,000 basic
• £50,000 OTE (Uncapped)
• Pay per mile
• Paid day off on your birthday

Ideally, to be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have the following:

• Previous background in property
• Full UK driver’s license and own vehicle
• Able to motivate a team
• Highly organised and time-efficient
• Able to work well independently as well as in a team
• Excellent communication both written and verbal

Key tasks of a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

• Managing both the Sales and Lettings team
• Carrying out 1 to 1’s and morning meetings
• Going out and winning new business
• Carrying out market appraisals
• Managing a large portfolio of properties
• Motivating the team to hit targets
