Monday to Friday and Saturdays only if needed

As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Sales and Lettings success. You will lead by example, setting high standards and motivating the team to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities of a Branch Manager

• Develop and implement effective Sales and Lettings strategies and tactics.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service and guidance.
• Oversee property listings and ensure they are presented attractively and accurately.
• Monitor market trends and competition to adapt the approach as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Contribute to overall branch performance through effective leadership.

Requirements of a Branch Manager

• Proven experience in sales and lettings within the real estate industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in lettings software and office systems.
• A customer-centric mindset and a professional demeanor.
• A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
