Role:
  • Deputize in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Identify opportunities to drive and maximise sales and profitability
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
  • Driving and supporting the team with sales
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Achieve (and aim to exceed) KPIs and sales targets
  • Overseeing e-commerce sales, assist with packing and shipping items
  • Assist in managing the boutique, opening and closing the store
Package:
  • Basic Salary £32,000 - £35,000 + Commission
  • Healthcare Insurance
  • Quarterly bonus offered
