Our client is a successful, professional organisation within the educational sector and is a registered charity based in the heart of Buckinghamshire near High Wycombe. The Brand Coordinator will work closely with the Brand Manager in supporting the development and management of this fantastic brand.

This role is a 6-month FTC position working 28 hours per week. The salary on offer for this role is up to £36,000 (Full time equivalent) with an actual up to £27,200 and the working hours are 9-5pm. The role would require 1 office visit a week and the remaining hours can be worked at home.

What will I be doing in the Brand Coordinator role:

  • Assist the business in adhering to brand, style guides and policies
  • Manage both brand and marketing inboxes, being the first line of communication for internal queries
  • Perform artwork modifications and updates to master slide deck and brand templates
  • Brand governance
  • Assist the business in understanding and buying into the brand and style guides
  • Ensure Brand Champions are fully engaged and support the management of the brand across the business
  • Proofread documents and triage queries to appropriate team members
  • Monitor stock levels of corporate merchandise and reorder as required
  • Respond to internal queries regarding logistics and merchandise

Skills required for the Brand Coordinator role:

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience of working in a brand or marketing department
  • Brand management experience
  • Ability to use design programmes such as Illustrator/InDesign
  • Results driven and commercial outlook
  • Ability to build effective business relationships
  • Effective PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Produce clear written documentation
