Your Responsibilities
  • Leading the Health Care Professionals channel
  • Developing and implementing brand strategies using sound analytics and insights
  • Planning of events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  • Strategically develop and execute promotional and activation plans
  • Participating in and help to oversee Brand Planning and overall Brand Communication plan
  • Working with cross-functional teams to lead execution efforts (Sales, Shopper Marketing, Insights, Supply Chain, Nutritionists, nutritional therapists, etc.)
  • Managing external agencies
  • Supporting the preparation of regular business updates to key stakeholders: senior leaders and external partners.
  • Supporting the innovation pipeline development, securing buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Delivering the numbers, thanks to regular tracking of initiatives, brand performance, brand budget and P&L.
  • Delivering all initiatives on time and with quality
Your Profile
  • A 'commercial-marketeer’ able to drive both brand equity and brand P&L.
  • Data-driven & analytical, you will be familiar with key data sets including Nielsen/IRI, Kantar & Google Trends to perform brand analysis, business cases, and competitive reviews, turning insights into actions
  • Strong Business Ownership - you’ll have a strong drive for result, seeing your platform as your own business
  • Cross-Functional leadership & collaboration - you have an ability to build strong relationships across different departments and work as one team to influence results and deliver against a clear business strategy
  • Positive, can-do spirit and creativity- you’ll bring bags of energy & enthusiasm driving the growth of your assigned platforms
  • Track record of success working within a FMCG brand-building role at Brand Manager level, with previous local and /or regional market experience
  • Strong operational project management experience leading comms & product innovation workstreams, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
