Square Peg Associates is working with a highly customer-centric company whose product ranges, designs and innovation are continually taking the business to the next level.

We’ve created a new opportunity to be responsible for several strategic projects that enhance and underpin the brand visibility, performance and drive sales across UK, EU and Globally.

You will grow brand awareness and strengthen relationships with valued partners, agents and distributor networks. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, and promotions that effectively communicate brand value and product portfolio.

The role is broad in scope covering responsibility for customer insight, marketing mix choices (channels and investment levels), marketing budget ownership and spend optimisation, agency management, measurement/ evaluation and reporting results to senior leaders. The ideal candidate has a track record of success in marketing and brand management, and a strong background in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.

You also have proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across a number of internal stakeholders, strong project management skills, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial, creative spirit with passion and energy.

The role is based in Manchester City Centre and will require a few days over at Head Office in Lancashire, therefore a car owner is essential.

What we are looking for:-

You have experience and influence in cross-team collaboration across multiple projects. Support the development of the overall integrated marketing and brand strategy

• Own the market research and brand strategy to identify insights and targeting strategies.

• Possess a deep understanding of our audience segmentation and digital product.

• Own the measurement framework, inclusive of brand health metrics and channel attribution models.

• Run creative and message testing across the marketing funnel and different channels to drive perception and engagement.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior management teams to deliver a best in class experience across the marketing funnel. Experience using data, reporting, or tools to measure performance and make adjustments accordingly

• Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion - whether this is in-house or use of external agencies

This role is truly exciting, engaging and you will be part of a wider Marketing Team where you can exchange and pull on resource, collateral and creative design expertise.
