Baker required for independent local artisan bakery

36hrs per week 6 days per week Sunday to Friday (5pm to 11pm - subject to negotiation)

  • Experienced baker in an all round role
  • Able to work independently
  • Produce a high standard of bread, buns, doughnuts and morning goods in a consistent and timely manner
  • Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheeters
  • Understanding of food safety practices
  • Able to hand mold and finish
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Team spirit

2yrs experience preferred - rate dependent on experience

Further training will be provided

Expected hours: 36 per week
