Break-Fix Engineer (Analyst II Infrastructure Services) - Erskine - 6+ month's contract - Daily rate DOE.

Join our team as a Break-Fix Engineer (Analyst II Infrastructure Services) with a leading provider of IT Services and IT Consulting. This role requires 5 days onsite in Erskine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical input, solutions, and recommendations for deal pursuit.
  • Engage in and offer support for transition/transformation efforts.
  • Monitor service delivery compliance to budget, quality standards, and customer/internal business/end user requirements.

Requirements:

  • Hold current, valid SC clearance.
  • Capable and confident in technical, administrative, and operational aspects.
  • Engage in the device break-fix process from beginning to end.
  • Accountable for conducting repairs on customer equipment such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Identifying and resolving computer-related issues.
  • Maintaining repair records utilizing an internal asset and tracking system (TIMS).
  • Primarily focused on hardware break/fix (80%), with a foundational understanding of software tools and operating systems for diagnosis, resolution, and installation purposes.
