Breakfast Club Assistant

Location: Kettering, NN14
Start Date: September 2024
Hours: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on young children's mornings? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Club Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Kettering (NN14). This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with children and are eager to help create a nurturing and engaging start to their school day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast to pupils aged 4 to 11 years.
  • Plan and run engaging activities for children to enjoy before school starts.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children attending the Breakfast Club.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all pupils.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation of the Breakfast Club.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children is desirable.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A commitment to creating a positive and fun start to each child's day.
  • Basic food hygiene knowledge (training can be provided).
