Senior BREEAM Specialist - Watford

Our client is an independent energy and sustainability consultancy that is looking for a BREEAM Assessor to hit the ground running and to work on a range of current and future BREEAM projects.

The ideal BREEAM Assessor will:

  • Experience at managing and delivering large projects and large volumes of projects
  • BREEAM New Construction Accreditation
  • BREEAM AP desirable
  • Experience of delivering Life Cycle Assessments for BREEAM
  • Experience of delivering Pre-Application and Planning Stage Whole Life Cycle Carbon Assessments in line with London Plan requirements

Role Requirements:

  • Be able to manage their time effectively
  • Provide BREEAM Assessments from planning through to completion.
  • Produce monthly client update reports and billing schedules. Understand key service deliverables and relay progress to clients.
  • Manage own workloads and invoicing and report back to the BREEAM Team Lead
  • Work closely with their business development team to progress initial tenders relating to BREEAM and WLC services. Provide initial risks and opportunities review for development to bring value to the tender process.
