• Work closely with the Senior Engineer to deliver professional and customer-focused Bridge and Highway Structure schemes across the city.
• Engage in all stages of bridge and highway structures schemes, from feasibility and funding to design and construction.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, both internally and externally, to provide an essential service to our customers.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and relevant partners.
• Ensure the delivery of projects is to the highest standard, within budget and time constraints.

• A sound engineering background with knowledge of bridge and highway structures.
• Experience through feasibility, funding, design, and construction stages of infrastructure projects.
• Strong engagement and communication skills across varying audiences.
• Ability to work in a busy environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solutions and results-focused with a willingness to challenge and manage change.
• Team player who can also work independently when required.
