Our client, a well-known financial service company that is currently open for an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to take the reins as a Broker Relationship Executive. Those best suited to the role will have a high degree of experience with 1st or 2nd charge mortgage brokers and identifying new business through MI analysis.

The ideal candidate will need to be confident working with a team and building relationships with both clients and fellow staff members. This position not only offers some exciting benefits but the opportunity for much progression within a growing team.

This position offers a hybrid work life balance of 2 - 3 days a week in office.

You'll be:

  • Working closely with sales directors
  • Maintaining relationships with 1st or 2nd charge mortgages
  • Identifying new business through MI Analysis
  • Tracking sales through KPI's
  • Responding to business enquiry and identifying sales

Key Skills

  • CEMAP Qualification
  • Mortgage advisor experience
  • Cultivating relationships with 1st or 2nd charge mortgage brokers
  • relationship building with a growing team along with other sectors of the company.
  • Confidence with building and maintaining relationships with Mortgage brokers.
  • Verbal & written communication
  • Track Record of working within a targets &Customer Satisfaction
