Who We're Looking For: - We're seeking a calm, patient, and resilient individual with a genuine passion for supporting pupils with complex needs. The ideal candidate will: - Have experience supporting children who use BSL to communicate (a minimum of Level 2 BSL is highly desirable) - Be confident working with pupils with SLD, PMLD, ASD, and associated needs - Demonstrate adaptability, with the ability to respond calmly to challenging behaviours or changes in routine - Be nurturing and empathetic, understanding the importance of building trust and routine for vulnerable pupils - Work well as part of a collaborative team, while also showing initiative and independence - Be open to training and development opportunities to support continued growth in a SEN setting
This is an incredibly fulfilling role where no two days are the same-but the impact you'll make is consistent and life-changing.
