Our Public Sector client is looking for a Registered Building Control Inspector.

Hybrid Working

Part time considered.

Role Summary

1. To independently manage an allocated geographical area, the mixed tenure of applications within said area, and be the go-to for your regional clients.

2. To maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Building Regulations and other legislation requirements to inform and advise our clients accordingly, ensuring Building Control adherence.

3. To provide advice, conduct regular Site Inspections and record appropriate action for the continuation of client projects.

4. To successfully manage the allocation of your time and ensure your workload is kept on top of, fulfilling our promised level of client service
