We are recuiting for a Building Maintenance Engineer to work for our client in the Hounslow area. The role is an ongoing temporary role carrying out PPM work within commercial premises.

The ideal person will have:
- a recognised electrical or mechanical qualification.
- experience of facilities maintenance / PPM work
- knowledge of both mechanical and electrical building services

You will carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of buildings (all commercial property). The duties will be varied and will include BMS monitoring, emergency light testing, AHU & FCU filter changes and cleaning, L8, chiller resets etc.

The hours of work will be 8.45 am to 5pm, Monday to Friday - 36 hours per week
